Our lab focuses on understanding the evolution and persistence of symbiotic mutualisms. We investigate the underlying coevolutionary dynamics using an evolutionary genetics approach. Our lab uses both natural systems and experimental model systems to understand patterns and processes underpinning symbiotic associations.
